Trainees will attend client events hosted by the firm, such as seminars and seasonal parties, as well as external marketing events and events hosted by our clients.&nbsp;Senior lawyer guidanceA training principal will oversee your training, but you will report directly to a partner or senior fee earner. After three months and again at the end of your seat you will be formally appraised by the partner training you. You will also be appraised by the training principal who will discuss your ambitions and aspirations for the future.Recruitment processWe seek to recruit the best people from every background, regardless of their personal circumstances. To aid that objective, we recently adopted&nbsp;the Contextual Recruitment System (CRS) from recruitment software firm Rare. The system allows us to understand each applicant’s achievements in the context in which they have been gained. Deadline 31 July 2025We offer a training contract that encourages a hands-on approach from the outset, encouraging individuality and drawing on previous experiences.We offer our trainees responsibility, exposure to the firm’s business and clients, and a tailored training contract to ensure you are well prepared and equipped for life as a fully-rounded solicitor. All of our trainees are encouraged to handle their own caseload under the supervision of a Partner.Our training contract is divided into four seats lasting six months in each chosen department. Seats are offered in Commercial and/or Residential Property, Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Company Commercial, Family and Childcare Law and Wills and Probate.
