Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Chepstow

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and highly regarded law firm based in Chepstow is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to further their career within a well-respected legal practice offering high-quality work and long-term career development.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support the fee earners in managing a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation

  • Conducting title checks and searches

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties

  • Drafting standard letters and documents

  • Assisting with exchange and completion procedures

  • File opening, AML checks, and general administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in residential conveyancing

  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A proactive and professional approach

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Competent IT skills, including experience with case management systems
