Property Paralegal (Part-Time, 24 Hours per Week) : Hinckley : £28,000 actual salary (£43,500 FTE)

The Property Paralegal role:

• As a Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting property-related legal matters.
• Drafting and amending leases, licences, agreements for lease, and associated documentation across retail, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Assisting with due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, and re-developments.
• Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and internal teams (estates, facilities, operations) on transactions and portfolio management.
• Maintaining legal files, property databases, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols.

Your background as a Property Paralegal:

• Proven experience as a Paralegal with a focus on property law (commercial property essential)
• Knowledge of UK commercial property transactions, lease drafting, and title documentation
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
• A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

This Property Paralegal role is commutable from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Atherstone, Tamworth, Twycross, Lutterworth, Coventry, Leicester, Leicestershire, Warwickshire.
