A unique opportunity is available for a Property Paralegal to join a distinguished solicitors practice in North West London. We are seeking a motivated, proactive individual to support the Commercial Conveyancing team, working alongside a senior solicitor on high-value transactions. This role blends legal and administrative tasks and offers ample scope for professional development.

Property ParalegalKey Responsibilities:

• Drafting basic licences and ancillary legal documents
• Preparing and submitting SDLT forms and Land Registry applications
• Managing pre- and post-completion tasks
• Coordinating property searches and documentation
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and relevant third parties
• Keeping case files and systems up to date and compliant

Property ParalegalKey Requirements:

• A law degree or relevant legal experience (desirable, not essential)
• Motivated and dependable team player
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication
• Eager to learn and grow professionally within the role
