Family Law Paralegal

The Role: As a key member of the Family Department, youll provide comprehensive secretarial support, ensuring the smooth running of the team. Your duties will include:
- Assisting solicitors with divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases.
- Drafting legal documents such as witness statements, court applications, and client correspondence.
- Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
- Managing client files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with legal procedures.
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other professionals in a professional and timely manner.
- Attending client meetings and court hearings where necessary.
- Preparing trial bundles and assisting with case management.
- Handling initial client enquiries and providing administrative support to the team
