Criminal Defence Paralegal

1. To work as Criminal Defence case worker
2. To assist the Duty solicitor in administrative roles and support your supervising solicitor in their role as required
3. To maintain said Criminal Defence files to ensure compliance with the relevant contract specifications.
4. To attend on clients as appropriate to assist in the preparation of their Defence

To undertake files for investigation, Magistrates Court Proceedings, Crown Court , in accordance with the general Criminal Contract/LAA specification current at any time

To attend conferences and prison visits as required
This is a training position and full training will be provided to applicants without the relevant experience. As such the lack of experience is not seen as a bar to apply
