The successful Commercial Property Solicitor or Paralegal will offer the following background/skill set:

• Have at least 2 years fee earning experience within Commercial Property
• Be commercially aware
• Display a drive to succeed and ambition to help grow this highly profitable and successful business
• Be client focussed
• Demonstrate solid IT skills
• An interest (or ideally experience) in business development/networking

Applications are being considered from Fee Earning Commercial Property Paralegals (where full support/mentoring will be provided, and technical knowledge will be shared by a highly experienced Consultant Solicitor) OR a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (all the way up to Partner level), where you could potentially step in to lead and grow the team from day 1.
