Responsibilities<ul><li>Assisting a senior fee earner in commercial property matters as well as managing your own caseload</li><li>Liaising with clients and other professionals</li><li>File management</li><li>Drafting legal documents</li><li>Landlord and tenant matters</li><li>Developments</li><li>Drafting leases</li><li>Property financing</li></ul>The Candidate<ul><li>A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years experience in commercial property</li><li>Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li><li>IT literacy will be a pre-requisite</li><li>Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines</li><li>A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative</li><li>Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated</li></ul>
