We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Legal Assistant to support our Private Client department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate, LPA's and Wills, an understanding of the conveyancing process would be helpful. The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will have at least 1 year behind them in Commercial Property, from opening new files and file keeping, updating clients and solicitors, preparing relevant correspondence on behalf of fee earners,conducting legal research and preparing reports and letters on commercial property matters in connection to developments, acquisitions, disposals, leases and shops/offices.It would also be helpful if the Commercial Property Paralegal knows their way around a lease.
