This is not an entry-level position.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handling your own caseload of approximately 300 client files, with 100+ active at any given time</li><li>Drafting a wide range of wills using the latest techniques and IT systems</li><li>Providing remote client support, including guidance on witnessing requirements</li><li>Keeping accurate, up-to-date records using case management systems</li><li>Staying current with legal developments through tailored learning and development opportunities</li></ul>What Were Looking For<ul><li>Minimum 6 months experience managing your own will writing caseload</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of different will types and drafting techniques</li><li>Comfortable using modern IT systems and case management software</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work remotely and independently following initial training</li></ul>Please note: Experience gained during education or in an assistant/support role will not meet the criteria for this position.Location &amp; FlexibilityAfter the initial training period, this role is fully remote. Youll be linked to one of the firms office locations in Sheffield, Manchester, or Bristol.
