We have the experience, resources and systems in place to deliver the services to a high quality and within agreed time frames.The Role and ResponsibilitiesThe main role and responsibilities may include some or all of the following (although, this is not an exhaustive list):-- Case management and case progression, under lawyer level supervision;- Evidence&nbsp;reviews and bundle preparation, including identifying disclosable and unused material;- Drafting instructions to counsel and experts;- Liaising with clients, witnesses, experts, counsel and other stakeholders;- Supporting stakeholders through the fitness to practise process, including supporting vulnerable witnesses and those with additional support needs;- Conducting witness interviews and drafting witness statements;- Drafting general correspondence and legal documents;- Assisting lawyers to draft advice to the client on evidence, case prospects and case progression;- Attending conferences and hearings;- Undertaking researchWe believe that everyone should have the opportunity to develop to their full potential.
