Applications for the 2026 Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme are open between Monday 29th September 2025 - Monday 24th November 2025.As part of the assessment programme, shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an assessed week of paid work experience from Monday 16th February - Friday 20th February 2026.Overview of the Programme The Mishcon Solicitor Apprenticeship is a six year programme. You will gain an LLB (Hons) in Legal Practice from The University of Law and at the end of the programme you will qualify as a solicitor. All of your tuition fees will be paid and best of all, you will earn a salary whilst you are training and gaining your qualification.You will be based in our London office, working alongside leading lawyers across our six departments (Corporate; Dispute Resolution; Employment; Innovation; Private; and Real Estate). During the first four years you will complete four annual rotations and in the final two years you will join the graduate trainees and complete four six-month rotations. Throughout the six years you will be working for four days per week and spend one day studying with The University of Law.Qualification This apprenticeship will take six years to complete, however after four years you will have obtained an LLB.
