Familiar with completing forms or orders on the internet.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good IT skills and knowledge of office systems and procedures and file management.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines.</li><li>Experience of organising workloads to achieve priorities and objectives.</li><li>Experience of running a case load.</li><li>Proactive and professional approach to role and a strong team player.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to produce work that is accurate.</li><li>Ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed.</li><li>Pleasant and positive manner in dealing with colleagues and client.</li></ul>We look carefully at each candidate's academic background.
