You will help manage online data rooms and assist with post-completion work for our clients, such as making land registry applications, processing SDLT returns, and updating/registering property titles.You will also have the opportunity to get involved with ad hoc projects (small and large) as and when these arise, with the assistance of other members of the team. We work across the whole division so there will be opportunities for you to assist our lawyers across all 7 of our offices.It is an integral part of this role that you comply with data security and all firm policies and proceduresThis role is right for you if:We are looking for someone with convincing aspirations for a career in commercial property law.We would like you to have at least 6 months’ experience as a commercial property paralegal for this role so that you can demonstrate the high levels of attention to detail and effective communication skills that we need.You will be able to demonstrate real potential, with the talent, ambition, and interest to succeed in a career within this field. You will already have a good technical grounding in commercial property law with a keen interest in progressing further in this field.The work requires self-motivation and the ability to work to demanding deadlines, so you will need to show us that you have initiative, drive, and great organisational skills.You will be a team player, relish helping others and be eager to learn.
