Our structured training includes:<ul><li>Induction: Your training begins with a structured induction programme ensuring you are welcomed to the firm as quickly and smoothly as possible.&nbsp; This includes receiving our Welcome Pack which sets out all you need to know about being a Trainee at Warners.</li><li>Buddy: Warners has a very effective Buddy system.&nbsp; You will be allocated your very own Buddy who will be on hand to offer any advice and answer any questions you may have on a day-day basis.</li><li>Appraisals and feedback meetings:&nbsp; These take place regularly with your Team Leader/Supervisor.&nbsp; These are an important part of your training and ensure you are constantly progressing and developing during your trainee programme.</li><li>Training Partner: Our dedicated Training Partner will also play a key role in supporting you through your training contract.</li><li>Our trainees participate in the Professional Skills Course (where relevant) as well as a range of in-house training sessions.
