Deadline not stated: apply as soon as possibleTraining ContractsWe are&nbsp;looking&nbsp;for a bright, enthusiastic and organised&nbsp;person to join Tinklin Springall as a&nbsp;receptionist, with a view to becoming a fee earning paralegal. We hope this appointment would then lead onto&nbsp;a training contract following 12 months&nbsp;as a paralegal.&nbsp;We only employ paralegals who can&nbsp;progress to a training contract with us.&nbsp;You will initially work as a receptionist but you will also start to carry out some&nbsp;paralegal type work during this time. You will&nbsp;mainly be working&nbsp;for the&nbsp;main training partner with a view to continuing in his department, initially&nbsp;as a paralegal.Following satisfactory&nbsp;completion of&nbsp;the period as&nbsp;a receptionist&nbsp;you&nbsp;will then progress on&nbsp;to become a fee earning paralegal. You will be treated as&nbsp;if your training contract had started at that time with the intention that you receive three years training. Successful completion of 12 months in the paralegal role&nbsp;is intended to lead&nbsp;seamlessly&nbsp;into&nbsp;the two-year training contract. You will&nbsp;be&nbsp;working within three or four different departments in the firm.You will spend the majority of your time, whether as a paralegal, or under your training contract, sitting in&nbsp;with a partner. We want you to understand what you are doing and why, not paint by numbers!&nbsp;We aim to produce well trained and effective solicitors with good practical knowledge and experience from their training.Whilst experience is not essential the successful candidate must have completed a law degree/CPE and the LPC.
