You’ll be working towards obtaining an LLB (Hons) Law and Legal Practice degree and passing the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) Parts 1 and 2. This will all come at no cost to you.Out of the five working days per week, you will study one day with our training provider, BPP, where you can study online to work towards your qualifications. This will give you a strong foundation in every aspect of the company and the legal industry. This will be invaluable when you eventually qualify as a solicitor and possibly become a partner.. As your experience grows, you will slowly start working as a paralegal, working on disputes and court proceedings. At each stage your mentor and the rest of the team will make sure that you are not out of your depth but close to it. How quickly you develop varies widely between individuals.Study (1 day/week): One day a week dedicated to online academic learning with our learning partner BPP where you will work in our office on your laptop to study.Who Can Apply?We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals with a passion for law and a willingness to learn. Minimum Entry Requirements:<ul><li>ABB at A-Level (or equivalent – 128 UCAS points) – higher results are preferable.</li><li>Minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English.</li><li>Designed for school leavers without a prior degree.</li><li>Must be able to start work in either September 2025 or January 2026</li></ul>SalaryWe value the contribution of our apprentices and reward you accordingly:<ul><li>£18,000 salary in your first year, increasing annually as your skills and experience develop</li></ul>By the time you complete your apprenticeship and qualify you should be able to join our team full-time as a Solicitor. We would expect you to be able to command a salary of circa £70,000&nbsp;<ul><li>Fully funded tuition fees for your LLB and SQE preparation</li></ul>Your Future CareerOn successful completion of the apprenticeship, you’ll be a fully qualified solicitor, ready to embark on an exciting legal career. You will also be working and what will be a very substantial and successful growth business.
