Mae gan y Cyngor Tref 16 cynghorydd etholedig a thri aelod o staff, yn cynrychioli tua 6,500 o etholwyr, a gwariant blynyddol o tua £500,000.Wrth inni gynnal ein hymrwymiad i lesiant y gymuned, rydym yn falch o gyhoeddi cyfle i weithiwr proffesiynol ymroddedig ymuno r Cyngor yn Glerc y Cyngor.Gan weithio o swyddfeydd y Cyngor Tref, bydd angen i ymgeisyddion arddangos casgliad deinamig o sgiliau, ar gallu i feddwl a gweithredun strategol, ynghyd meddu ar brofiad o reolaeth weinyddol mewn amgylchedd cymhleth. Bydd angen ichi allu deall cyfraith a gweithdrefnau llywodraeth leol, meddu ar wybodaeth ariannol gadarn a phrofiad o fod yn rheolydd llinell ar staff. Bydd angen hefyd ichi allu cynrychiolir Cyngor mewn trafodaethau gyda chyrff allanol. Mae sgiliau TG Office medrus yn hanfodol hefyd.Byddwch yn atebol ir Cyngor yn gyfan, ac yn gweithredun brif ymgynghorydd ar bob mater yn ymwneud llywodraethiant er mwyn iddo allu cyflawni ei gyfrifoldebau statudol. Byddwch yn chwarae rl allweddol yn cynghori a chefnogi llunio polisau, a gofalu fod penderfyniadaur Cyngor yn cael eu gweithredun effeithiol.Mae disgwyl y bydd gennych, neu y byddwch yn gweithio tuag at gymhwyster proffesiynol priodol (Tystysgrif mewn Gweinyddiaeth Cynghorau Lleol neu gymhwyster cyfatebol). Mae disgwyl hefyd y byddwch yn ymrwymo i ddatblygiad proffesiynol parhaus.Bydd disgwyl hefyd ichi fynychu cyfarfodydd rheolaidd gydar nos ac ambell benwythnos yn l y galw.
