No fewer than 28 of our current team of lawyers began life at Gosschalks as a trainee, 16 of whom are now partners. With the firm growing year on year, we’re always looking for future solicitors, partners and leaders to join us. As the firm continues to expand we are intending to recruit 3 new trainee solicitors to start in September 2027.Our initial selection criteria requires applicants to have achieved at least three A to C grades at A-Level or equivalent and to have achieved or be predicted at least a 2:1 in their degree. In exceptional circumstances and for applicants who have come late to the law, we will consider applicants whose grades do not meet the criteria.We currently offer two routes to qualify as a solicitor, the LPC route or the SQE route.
