Private Client Paralegal

Nuneaton - salary up to £25,000 per annum

We are working with a leading Lexcel accredited regional law firm who are succession planning for their busy, successful, expanding Private Client Department, due to existing staff progressing their careers within the firm.

We are looking to attract an experiencedPrivate Client Paralegal, ideally with private client fee-earning experience, to join the firm's Nuneaton office

You will be very well-supported in this role by colleagues, directors and support staff, in a very friendly and collaborative working environment, giving you every opportunity to flourish and progress your career.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a straight forward private client caseload of wills and probate matters
  • Drafting wills, dealing with LPA's and estate administration
  • Assisting fee earners with their caseloads
  • Liaising with clients by phone, face to face and by email
  • Liaising with third party professionals

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Previous private client (wills and probate)
  • A law degree and LPC or CILEx qualification
  • A desire to pursue a career in Private Client/Wills and Probate work

This is a full time permanent job working9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
